The hotel was a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient, making my travel stress-free. The check-in process was quick and the rooms were clean. However, the pool area left a lot to be desired; it was not well-maintained and felt neglected. Overall, while there were some strong points, certain aspects of the hotel really need improvement to make it a more inviting place.
